Ways to consume our mushroom extract

Recipes:  

Hot Chocolate Reishi -
1 x cup milk (we love almond or coconut milk) 
1/2 teaspoon Reishi extract powder by Biotonic Labs
2 x teaspoons of cocoa powder 
1 x tablespoon of honey (we prefer raw honey)
1/2 x teaspoon ground cinnamon / 1 x cinnamon stick 
Optional: you can add nutmeg, coconut oil, pinch of salt ( Himalayan or sea) and shaved dark chocolate to sprinkle on top
Method: Put all ingredients in a pot on low -medium heat and stir until all dissolved and milk is warm 
 
Lion's Mane smoothie-
1 x glass of milk 
1/2 teaspoon Lion's mane extract powder by Biotonic Labs 
1-3 x scoops of protein powder (depending on the protein powder and your requirements)
1 x banana
Optional: 1 x tablespoon of honey if you want it to be sweeter and ice if you like it cold 
Method: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend!
